In the Spring of 2008, I invented the concept of BuilderCoupon.com and performed beta testing from my blog called searchMLS.TV
Due to the high demand for these additional builder incentives during my testing period, I am taking it upon my team of marketers to create the second version of BuilderCoupon.com and we will be adding some advanced features.
Some of the new features will include the following:
User Forum - Interact with other homebuyers, share experiences with builders. Builders, Lenders etc. are encouraged to join. We want to open up a dialogue between all buyers, builders, and lenders.
Training Videos - If you have read my 21 Sectets of Buying a New Home - you know that I am passionate about helping buyers get a great deal. My new team is going to break each chapter of the book into a separate training video. Trust me, as a new home buyer - you will not want to miss it!
Builder PR - We are going to take relevant builder news and broadcast it to over 100 of our favorite websites. Attention builders, all you have to do is post your article on the Builder PR section of my website. My team will take care of the rest.
MLS Search - We intend to provide searches for those “used” homes as well. Our registered visitors to BuilderCoupon.com will be some of the most educated buyers on the market.
3rd Party Reports - The research and data based home buyers will have access to third party builder reports for everything from customer service to quality.
Going National? Let me put the rumors to rest. Texas will be the first state. My team will be focused on providing an outstanding product for our new home buyers, before we expand to additional states.
That being said, we have already started forming some strategic alliances to help us take BuilderCoupon.com to the next level and provide our incentives to additional states.
Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and be sure to select the correct option of Buyer, Builder, or Lender.
